A quick intro.

I’m Tomiwa — a software engineer working on payment-network reliability and enterprise data workflows in Java, React, and Kubernetes at SS&C Technologies.

Before SS&C I interned at Amazon, where I shipped local and distributed caches on Redis + ElastiCache. I graduated from the University of Prince Edward Island with a B.S. in Computer Science — with a minor in Economics.

    Software Engineer

    • Built a SWIFT MT210 filtering feature with a Java API + UI components — cut redundant messages by 95% and lifted throughput for high-volume financial operations.
    • Designed a fault-tolerant retry + queueing mechanism for payment-network outages, removing manual intervention from on-call playbooks.
    • Led the Apache NiFi 1.x → 2.0 migration across distributed pipelines.
